This Policy describes the App’s use and sharing of certain personally identifiable information submitted by its registered users at the time of registration and from time to time to receive the Services (the “User(s)” or “You” or “Your”). The Services offered adhere to all the laws, rules, regulations and policies (“Applicable Laws”) with regard to the collection, use, disclosure retention and protection of your information including personal data that the App is likely to have access to as a result of your use of Services.
By accessing, using and/or registering on the mobile application, Oordrz (“App”) of Oordrz Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You agree and understand that App is an internet enabled electronic platform and acts as an intermediary that helps in connecting you and plurality of vendors registered with the App (“Vendors”) based on your location for the purpose of ordering various products and services from such Vendors. It is further agreed by you that the App does not, in any way cause any suggestions, promotion, recommendation or advice to purchase your products from any particular Vendor. Nothing on the App is intended to constitute any purchasing, shopping or spending advice or an opinion regarding the appropriateness of any good, product or consumable of any type. However, any such services and information shall not be construed to represent that they belong or represent or are endorsed by the views of the Company.
The Company strictly encourages you to exercise reasonable diligence as you would adopt in traditional off line channels and practical judgment before committing to or completing any intended purchase or order from the Vendors through the App.
The Company makes no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the quality, quantity, functionality, completeness, performance or authenticity of any of the goods or products ordered through the Vendors. Any content posted by any of the Vendors is to be regarded as that of Vendor’s views and it cannot be regarded as the property of the Company. The contents of App could include technical or typographical errors. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
The Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees (express or implied) that App is free from viruses, malware, spyware, Trojan Horses or other code or computer programming or anything else which has contaminating or destructive properties, and shall have no liability in respect thereof.
The Company accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of any such materials or content, nor does the Company makes any representations by virtue of the contents of the App, in respect of the existence or availability of the same in any of the sections contained herein. The Company shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions or representations on any of the pages or on any links on any of the pages. The usage of the App is exclusively subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in the Hyderabad, India. The Company expressly disclaims any implied warranties or liabilities imputed by the laws of any other jurisdiction.
